Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Twister Hand to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for twisting wires, cables, or other materials to create secure connections, ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools effectively to twist different types of materials.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure the quality of twisted connections.
• Maintain a tidy workspace to comply with safety standards.
• Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent workplace accidents.
• Document and report any discrepancies in production processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.
• Educate new employees on best practices and safety regulations.
• Support the team with other duties as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to uphold product standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of basic electrical connections and wiring
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures

Languages

• English: Fluent
