Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with training teams to enhance customer education efforts.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for customer engagement.
  • Provide insights to sales for competitive analysis and positioning.
  • Create content to support customer education and product understanding.
  • Champion customer needs and advocate for their interests at all levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Relevant certifications in customer success management
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support or success roles
Technical Skills
  • Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Project management software proficiency
Soft Skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Adaptability
Languages
  • English: Fluent
