Job Description

In this role, you will manage staff, inventory, and budgets while maintaining the restaurant's high standards and enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Control operational costs and manage restaurant budgets effectively.
  • Execute marketing initiatives to promote restaurant offerings.
  • Regularly conduct staff meetings to discuss performance and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on restaurant performance and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Assist in the hiring process and training new staff.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
  • Utilize customer feedback to drive improvements in service.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Additional training in Food and Beverage Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
