Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
