Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our HR department in various processes, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and performance management. We're in search of a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings and interviews.
  • Support HR initiatives to promote employee welfare and productivity.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee files and documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
  • A postgraduate degree or certification would be advantageous
