Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Johannesburg. You will play a pivotal role in providing quality healthcare to our patients, conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and recommending treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and a passion for improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status through comprehensive evaluations.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback.
• Educate both patients and their families on managing health conditions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in patient care.
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development.
• Engage in community health initiatives to enhance public health.
• Provide leadership and guidance within the nursing team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience preferably in a primary healthcare setting

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
