Legal Counsel

Job Description

Legal Solutions Group is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to manage legal affairs and ensure organisational compliance. In this role, you will be drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on legal issues, and representing the company in negotiations. Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Negotiate and draft contractual agreements.
• Identify potential legal issues and develop strategies to address them.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
• Provide training sessions on legal topics for staff.
• Support M&A activities and other corporate transactions.
• Review marketing and advertising materials for legal compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and handle submissions.
• Participate in risk assessment and management activities.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent law degree
• Postgraduate qualification in Law is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment
