Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Pretoria, you'll be responsible for a range of HR functions, from onboarding to performance management. We need someone who is passionate about enhancing employee experience and who can implement effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the hiring process and collaborate with managers on staffing needs.
  • Create and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Support health and safety programs within the workplace.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
  • Stay updated on best practices in HR and legal compliance.
  • Enhance the workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Advantageous
