Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician in Cape Town who is passionate about technology and providing exceptional support. In this role, you will assist end-users with their technical inquiries and maintain IT hardware and software, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair hardware failures to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Support IT projects and roll out new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in backup and recovery processes.
  • Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.

Requirements

Education
  • IT Certification or Diploma in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
