You will be responsible for advancing the efficiency and performance of equipment and systems, ensuring they meet rigorous safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and optimise chemical production processes for efficiency.
• Enhance product safety and performance through experimental methods.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of all experimental work.
• Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Train and develop team members in best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate on the design and development of new products.
• Prepare and review project proposals, technical recommendations, and budgets.
• Conduct experiments and effectiveness analysis on chemical processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve plant workflows.
• Track project milestones and report on progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years in the chemical engineering industry or a similar role
