Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager in Cape Town, you will spearhead our learning initiatives, focusing on fostering employee skillsets and career advancement. Your responsibilities will include developing training content, facilitating workshops, and continuously refining programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive training strategies.
  • Assess and redesign existing training programs to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees to gauge training impact.
  • Ensure training practices adhere to legal and professional standards.
  • Coordinate external training providers when necessary.
  • Implement innovative learning approaches, including digital training.
  • Monitor participant engagement and satisfaction with training programs.
  • Advise management on training compliance issues.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes to share with leadership.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in training and development roles
