As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, providing outstanding support via various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably remote
