Job Description

We are seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will oversee customer relationships, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while effectively utilising our services. You will play a vital role in fostering customer loyalty and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer success initiatives and projects.
  • Identify customer opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer health and success.
  • Engage in customer outreach campaigns to build relationships.
  • Assist in escalation and resolution of customer issues.
  • Conduct workshops and webinars to enhance product understanding.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer success role
