Job Description

As a Molder, Shaper, and Caster, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality products utilizing various molding techniques. Your expertise will ensure that all products meet our stringent quality standards, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of molding equipment and ensure optimal production.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent downtime.
• Conduct quality control tests on products per the standards set by the company.
• Assist in the development of product specifications and quality measures.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement new product designs.
• Document and report production metrics and any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and report on supply needs.
• Support team members in achieving production goals.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field is highly regarded

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing
