Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Coordinator to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing community projects, coordinating volunteers, and liaising with stakeholders to promote our mission of social change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for community initiatives.
• Oversee collaborations with other NGOs and government departments.
• Report on project results and communicate success stories to the public.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials to promote programs.
• Manage budgets and financial records associated with projects.
• Support staff and volunteers in their roles to ensure effective program delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in non-profit leadership roles
