Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products. You will be responsible for developing testing strategies, conducting manual and automated tests, and reporting on defects found, all while collaborating closely with the development team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize testing frameworks to automate regression tests and ensure ongoing quality.
• Assist in the development of user acceptance tests (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in QA processes.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and coverage metrics to the QA Manager.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Software Testing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software QA and testing methodologies
