Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Port Elizabeth, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance.
  • Monitor service metrics and contribute to team goals.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers visiting our location.
  • Assist in training new customer service staff as needed.
  • Help develop customer service policies to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about company promotions and offers to communicate effectively.
  • Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
