Compliance Officer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all our operations comply with external regulations and internal policies. Your role will involve conducting audits, preparing compliance reports, and being the main point of contact for compliance-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for all compliance-related inquiries.
• Create and manage regulatory compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Lead compliance meetings and reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance activities are documented and detailed for auditing purposes.
• Identify areas for improvement within the compliance framework.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications in Compliance Management preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience within compliance environments

Languages

• English: Fluent
