Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in client relationship management. Your key focus will be to understand client objectives, provide exceptional service, and drive growth initiatives that align with their goals, ultimately fostering loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to outline account strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage budgets and ensure projects are profitable.
  • Regularly assess account performance against goals and benchmarks.
  • Engage in negotiations and contract renewals with clients.
  • Stay updated on services and offerings to better serve clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients on service usage.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CAM, PMP) are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
