Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, your focus will be on ensuring customers feel supported and valued. You will lead onboarding processes, conduct regular check-ins, and gather feedback to improve our offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our customer satisfaction strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor account health and take action to manage churn risk.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with key customers to discuss their goals and progress.
  • Support the development of customer resources such as tutorials and documentation.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the overall customer journey and experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in Customer Success Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
