• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety guidelines.
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Support the business development team with proposals.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and agencies.

Requirements

Education

• BTech in Construction Management or relevant qualification

Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in construction management

Technical Skills

• Budget Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM): Preferred certification demonstrating advanced knowledge in construction management.
