Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and respect.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Support the implementation of customer service initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role
