Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance our customer relationships and drive satisfaction in Cape Town. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process and handling customer inquiries effectively. Your role will involve ongoing support and nurturing client relationships to drive retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
  • Prepare and conduct scheduled check-ins with key clients to evaluate satisfaction.
  • Proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align customer needs.
  • Lead workshops or webinars to educate clients about product enhancements.
  • Work on upsell and cross-sell strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics to drive improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Customer Service Management or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of customer success or service experience
