Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Specialist in Johannesburg to join our support team. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or support
Technical Skills
  • Help Desk Software Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Time Management

Languages
  • English: Fluent
