• Create comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential investments.
• Draft and present investment proposals to clients.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships to support transaction success.
• Lead negotiations and discussions to finalize client agreements.
• Work alongside compliance and regulatory teams for transaction approvals.
• Provide continuous feedback to teams to improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting the banking sector.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in financial transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or finance
