Join our vibrant support team as a Customer Support Representative! Based in Durban, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, proactive, and eager to assist clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients by addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Record and report customer feedback for service enhancement.
  • Ensure targets for service response times are met.
  • Engage in continuous learning about products and customer service techniques.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing customer insights.
  • Assist in creating customer support resources and FAQs.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation (Grade 12)
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer support or call center environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
