Job Description

We're hiring a Weight Shifter whose primary role will involve safely lifting and moving goods in warehouses and loading areas. If you're physically fit and have a keen eye for safety, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy lifting and transportation processes safely.
• Conduct inspections of equipment before operating.
• Assist in training new team members on safety practices.
• Ensure accurate logging of inventory movements.
• Coordinate with logistics personnel for efficient workflow.
• Implement safety measures in all lifting operations.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with lifting machinery.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Report operational challenges to supervisors promptly.
• Promote a positive safety culture in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
