Job Description

As a Quality Control Systems Manager, you will develop and implement quality control processes that adhere to industry standards, ensuring products meet the required specifications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and lead a dedicated QA team to continuously improve quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality Control Technicians in daily operations.
• Design and improve quality assurance systems to enhance productivity.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
• Prepare reports for upper management on quality metrics and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supervising quality teams.
