Job Description

As a Cream Ripener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and ripening of our cream-based products. This position requires attention to detail, monitoring environmental conditions, and collaborating with the production team to deliver consistently high-quality cream.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure cream products are ripened correctly according to established standards.
  • Adjust environmental conditions to achieve optimal product quality.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the cream quality regularly.
  • Document all processes accurately for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with production for seamless cream delivery.
  • Detect and address any abnormalities in the ripening process promptly.
  • Keep all equipment clean and in working order.
  • Comply with all safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Stay informed about new techniques and technologies in cream processing.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing the efficiency of ripening processes.

Requirements

Education
  • On-the-job training required
Experience
  • Experience in a food production or processing environment is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure

Languages
  • English: Fluent
