Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our Cape Town team. You will play a vital role in shaping our human resources strategies and ensuring a supportive environment for our employees. You will handle recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team and manage daily HR operations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Manage talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Implement health and wellness programs.
  • Drive initiatives that support organizational culture.
  • Coordinate performance improvement plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on management roles
