Job Description

Join our energetic team as a Customer Service Representative. This role demands excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to solving customer issues. You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and resolution-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and update information as necessary.
  • Respond to queries about product availability and pricing.
  • Track and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
  • Create and maintain customer service documentation.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.
  • Support the implementation of new customer service initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or related roles
