Job Description

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Telemarketers to be part of our vibrant team. As a Telemarketer, you will manage inbound and outbound calls with the aim of providing exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are processed in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and learn about new offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed departmental goals.
  • Maintain and enhance product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualification in Customer Service or Communication
Experience
  • Experience in outbound sales or technical support is advantageous.
