Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of production from planning through execution.
• Ensure that production processes are continuously monitored and improved.
• Develop training programs for all production staff.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Actively engage in team building and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Prepare reports for management regarding production objectives.
• Ensure that all machinery and tools are properly maintained.
• Monitor employee performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive initiatives that focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Engage with customer feedback to improve production quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5-10 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing
