Job Description

As an HR Compliance Officer, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our company adheres to all regulations and compliance measures within the HR function. This role requires collaborating with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor policies related to compliance and learning and development. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with current labour legislation.
  • Create and manage a system for tracking compliance issues and training needs.
  • Promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to HR practices.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance compliance education.
  • Review employee training materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to align compliance initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Act as an advisor on compliance best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance-related documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or similar roles
