Job Description

We are looking for a pro-active Organizational Development Advisor to lead our HR transformation initiatives. You will work collaboratively with leadership to ensure strategic alignment and implement innovative solutions to enhance employee performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent management strategies to identify and develop high potential employees.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Research best practices in organizational development and advise leadership accordingly.
  • Create a framework for knowledge sharing and mentorship within the organisation.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish a coaching and feedback culture to enhance individual performance.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and team building initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the success of implemented strategies to senior management.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Work closely with HR to align operational goals with performance management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR or Organizational Development is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR consultancy or organizational development roles
