We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Advisor to drive our HR initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead talent management strategies to identify and develop high potential employees.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Research best practices in organizational development and advise leadership accordingly.
  • Create a framework for knowledge sharing and mentorship within the organisation.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish a coaching and feedback culture to enhance individual performance.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and team building initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the success of implemented strategies to senior management.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Work closely with HR to align operational goals with performance management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Organizational Development Deep understanding of organizational structures and development strategies.
  • Change Management Experienced in managing change initiatives within organizations.
  • Employee Engagement Proven track record in enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Talent Management Knowledgeable in identifying and developing talent within the organization.
  • Coaching and Mentoring Skilled in coaching managers and employees for professional development.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex HR issues.
  • Interpersonal Skills Ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability Flexible and adaptable to changing organizational needs.
  • Leadership Effective leader capable of influencing and guiding teams.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with HRIS systems: Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems for data management.
  • Knowledge of labour law: Understanding of labour laws pertinent to South Africa.
