Job Description

As a Site Coordinator, you will be pivotal in overseeing and coordinating activities on our construction sites. You will manage resources effectively, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and work hand-in-hand with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to site personnel.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance.
• Coordinate project activities with relevant parties.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for management review.
• Analyze project performance and propose improvements.
• Manage change orders and address any disputes.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are available on site.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing large construction projects

Certifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Safety and Health
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with green building practices: Knowledgeable about sustainable construction techniques.
