Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, you will play a crucial role in the pasta production process. You will operate and manage various machines to ensure that each batch meets our quality standards and production schedules. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve production processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting machinery problems when they arise.
  • Document production logs and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Support the implementation of quality control measures at every stage of the production process.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical qualification in Food Production or Manufacturing is an advantage.
Experience
  • Experience with different types of pasta production, such as extrusion or drying.
