Responsibilities
Supervise case management team and provide leadership.
Guarantee adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of case management services.
Work with external partners to provide comprehensive support to clients.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss case progress and challenges.
Ensure that all client records are accurate and up to date.
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Act as a liaison between clients and service providers.
Identify areas for development and provide training opportunities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a similar field
Further qualifications in management or administration are advantageous
Experience
5+ years of experience in a management role within case services or social work
