Join our dynamic legal team as a Legal Advisor. This role involves advising clients on various legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the firm in legal proceedings. The successful candidate will have a solid grasp of South African law and an aptitude for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating legal complexities and issues.
• Negotiate terms with third parties on behalf of clients.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the firm’s interests.
• Conduct risk assessments and advise management accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Further specialization in Commercial Law is advantageous.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law advisory.
