We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth. You will collaborate with various departments to optimise our online presence and ensure a smooth user experience from browsing to checkout.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling online content to engage customers and promote product lines.
• Execute A/B testing for website layout and promotional offers to optimize conversions.
• Track and report e-commerce performance metrics to senior management.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and organic search performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
