Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert assistance and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information, all while building lasting relationships with our clients. Your expertise will help us stand out in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback on various platforms.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require higher level support.
  • Keep up-to-date with product launches and updates.
  • Train new team members on customer service protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a call center environment

Languages
