Job Description

Join us as a Technical Support Engineer and be the first point of contact for our customers facing technical challenges. In this role, you will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, guiding clients through solutions and enhancing their overall experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients.
  • Analyze customer support trends to enhance service delivery.
  • Support the installation and configuration of software applications.
  • Participate in team meetings for knowledge sharing and training.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve support practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or a relevant field
Experience
  • At least 3 years in a technical support role.
