Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a seamless experience and achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will work closely with clients to build relationships, drive customer engagement, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer accounts are managed effectively and proactively.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Monitor customer usage trends and advise on best practices.
  • Prepare and present customer success updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing to create campaigns aimed at customer engagement.
  • Identify potential case studies and success stories for marketing purposes.
  • Support customers during onboarding and provide ongoing education.
  • Contribute to the overall customer support strategy and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or success roles
