Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using various sewing machines and techniques to produce high-quality textiles, including handkerchiefs. Attention to detail and an eye for design are essential.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate multiple sewing machines simultaneously.
• Ensure correct tension and stitch quality throughout the production process.
• Participate in production meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.
• Support quality control efforts by reporting defects or inconsistencies.
• Assist the design team in creating prototypes for new products.
• Take part in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Fashion Design or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in garment production or textile design
