Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects from inception to completion. You'll ensure compliance with safety regulations and that projects are delivered within the specified timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire construction project from initial planning through to completion.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.
  • Monitor construction processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Handle project paperwork including contracts and change orders.
  • Schedule and conduct site meetings with clients and contractors.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and provide feedback.
  • Document project progress and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher diploma in relevant field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction
