We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations in Centurion. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create efficient procurement strategies for cost savings.
• Collaborate with production and warehousing teams to coordinate activities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
• Conduct risk assessments in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to supply chain team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferable

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations

Technical Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

• English: Fluent
