We are seeking dedicated Baggage Porters and Bellhops to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage transfer.
• Ensure luggage is stored safely and delivered promptly upon request.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bell closet and luggage storage area.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs during busy periods.
• Monitor the lobby for any guest needs and act promptly.
• Report maintenance issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field

Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Reservation and guest management software proficiency
• Point of Sale systems knowledge

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Additional language: Basic

• Multilingual capabilities: Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
