Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager with a passion for improving customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value of our services. Your expertise will help drive customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement initiatives to boost product adoption.
  • Coordinate and lead training sessions for customer staff as needed.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant internal teams for product improvement.
  • Assist in the development of success plans tailored to each client.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Develop materials for onboarding and training new customers.
  • Ensure customers are aware of new features, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in Customer Service Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech
