Job Description

Join our team as a Remote Technical Support expert. You will handle incoming support requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction as you guide clients through solutions. Your contributions will be pivotal in maintaining our high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings with ideas to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or relevant field
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
