Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the complete event planning process for various occasions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and venues.
• Prepare event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Create marketing materials and social media content to promote upcoming events.
• Lead project meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Resolve conflicts and manage unexpected challenges efficiently.
• Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement post-event.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Project Management
• Relevant certifications in event planning are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in planning high-profile events
